This page is the public web resource for requesting deletion of a JustTapMe account and associated personal data.
Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day cancellation window. When processed, personal/profile/session/location credentials are deleted or anonymised. Certain limited records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, dispute handling or another user’s legitimate shared record requires it.
Verify the account first
For security, we do not allow an unauthenticated visitor to delete an account merely by knowing its email or phone number. Sign in to the account, then return here to submit the deletion request.
